›Are my files uploaded?
No. Roost PDF runs entirely in your browser: your files are processed on your own device and never sent to a server. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it keeps working. We only count anonymous page visits (Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies); your files and their contents are never sent anywhere.
›What does Remove all metadata strip?
The document info (title, author, creator software, dates) and the embedded XMP metadata.
